How long does caviar last?
The shelf life of a vacuum sealed container of caviar is 4 weeks refrigerated at 26° to 36° Fahrenheit. Once a tin has been opened, the caviar should be eaten within a week to ensure the upmost quality and safety. Caviar can also be frozen to prolong its shelf life up to one year.
